Step up lvl 155 quest question

the quest is to use one of the four root abyss boss' soul shad
I have tried to use all 4 of them but couldn't clear the mission, anyone cleared can help me out?

    To use a soul shard item you have to collect 10 shards of one particular boss, then double-click the stack of 10. Assuming the mission is what I think it is, this is what it wants you to do.

    I did used 10 crimson queen shad to make a soul, even applied to a weapon, charged the skill, and relog, but still couldn't clear the mission :/
    thats the only soul I have 10shad and now it is going to take me at least 10 days to get another try x.x

    Anyone cleared this mission can help clarify what it actually want us to do??
