Cannot complete Level 100 step up quest

I completed all four chapters of Grand Athenaeum but the quest didn't change to mission complete.

If any one have the same issue or know how to complete this please let me know.

Character: Momoyaoh
Job: Nightlord (burning)
World: Bera
Level 124

Steps to replicate:
Create new character
Accept level 100 step up quest
Complete Grand Athenaeum

    Others have reported this issue on Reddit. Rebooting their PC fixed it for them.
