I BOUGHT A NAME CHANGE COUPON AND WHEN I CLICK ON IT AFTER I PURCHASED IT IT GOT DELETE WHEN I GOT DC DOES ANYONE KNO HOW TO GET A NEW ONE OR EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK CUZ THIS IS ROBBERY IF IT JUST LEFT LIKE THIS AND IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!

    Character Name Change Coupon

    October 19 to October 23 in the Special Promotions > Limited Time category in both Reboot and non-Reboot worlds.

    Do you want to change the names of a character on your account? Use this coupon to request a new name for your character. All names will then be changed in the scheduled maintenance on October 27.

    i kno how it works when i got dc after the purchase it dissapeared
    you have to buy it activate it in shop then after when ur in game you activate it on my main bishop it didnt let me do that so i need help rn!!!!!!!

This is just some weird bug in which it disappears when you leave the CS. I went on to live chat the last time they released these and I was told it still went through even though it disappeared for me.


    Posted this in another thread earlier. If you're looking for an official answer, you could try live chat yourself. I'm certain your request went through though and it will be changed in the upcoming maintenance.

    Note that he tried creating a character afterwards with the requested name and it was unavailable. This means it went through for him.

    Did you try making a character with the requested name? If you can't, then it probably went through.
