Did not receive pre-illium creation package

Hi, I pre-created illium for the event, but i logged in after the maintenance and did not see any gift box except the compensation boxes. Please help. Thank you

    The Illium pre-creation boxes are located under the star icon on the left-hand side of the screen, under the quest labeled "Receive your Illium pre-creation gifts".

    Accept the quest and Cassandra will give you the 4 boxes. The boxes can be traded within your account, but not the items inside.
