I'm doing a bit of card collecting but i just cant seem to find this guy... Everywhere i look online i'm told to look near perion.
He IS on the list so he HAS to be there somewhere... right?
i remember the road above perion used to look a little different...

    ugh! i feel like such a noob now... well i found him after asking around...
    it doesn't help that they changed the maps a bit...
