Darkness Rune not working in Morass

Bug type: Gameplay issue, Map/Area

Brief bug summary: The Darkness Rune not working properly in any maps of Morass area.

More details: When you active the Rune you get the buff but 3 Elite Monsters not spawning.

Steps to reproduce: Go to any map in Morass and use Darkness rune.
