Cygnus Maple Warrior Bug

Hi I am a level 210 dawn warrior and I got my 5th job before doing the quest to get my maple warrior skill, and after doing the quest, I did not receive the skill. I am unable to do the quest again and I have had 30 unused skill points for the past few months. This is the second time I've posted this and was just wondering if I there was a way that I could get the skill I am missing.

Bug Type: Missing Skill

Bug summary: did not complete the cygnus maple warrior quest until after receiving 5th job, as a result, I did not receive the skill.

Class: Dawn Warrior

Level 210

Time of incidence: about 6 months or more ago.

    Yeah and I did not get the cygnus maple warrior equivalent, and still have 30 unused skill points.

    I have not, I assumed this was the best place for reporting something like this, how can I contact customer support?

    Customer Support can help better with individual requests as it is likely that the devs just need to give you the skill now.
