This game is starting to turn in a private server for maple story with very little need for interactions with other players. There needs to be much larger incentives for party play within party quest, themed dungeons, party bossing and party grinding. WIth the level restrictions and need to be actively attacking in order to receive exp there should be training areas with much higher exp per each addition to the party with the current restrictions that we have that would be a very good idea and if anything make the level gap tighter for these areas with each party member. Let this function be accessible and more beneficial instead of solo grinding from 200-250. party quest in general from 1-250 should be beefed up to the point where exp is granted enough where you are making more exp questing then you would normally grinding on monsters on 4x by yourself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Party bossing, loot should be doubled with each additional party member that is actively participating within a certain level gap as well. There also should be a need for certain combinations of classes in order to do chaos mode bosses effectively. A decent amount of bosses (maybe half or so) should be geared towards essential class combinations. The idea of healer, tank, and dps has always held strong and I know that maplestory gameplay can never quite fit that mold but it would be so much satisfying to have a role based system for certain bosses making it unable to defeat the boss no mater how much money you spend on this game. All the little nuances as to how these things can be perfected will be perfected if nexon is interested in making these ideas a part of their vision. A lot of maplestory players are quitting and i can totally see why because this game is turning more and more into who can spend the most, who can farm the most (solo) and who can bot the most (i am looking at your reboot(). And all these three things do is beef up a player to the point where they can solo (even in reboot).~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I Have no issues with paying or farming vice versa in order to better yourself, but when the end game goal is just to have amazing gear and solo, there's not really any satisfaction at all to this game. There needs to be strong emphasis on party play. I understand the game is based on 200-250 but to encourage party play at all aspects with incentives to do so will totally help the game not hurt it. I understand how easy it is to get to 200, but the idea still stands regardless for maple story overall regardless of how "easy" things are. Even if HoH(and other similar maps) was abused, there's no reason to throw the whole system out, but instead, just have a vision and purpose to fix it rather than toss it to the curb. Please Nexon get rid of the feeling of Privatestory, and allow this game to be centered on playing with others. Like i said originally I have no qualms with farming or pay to win because that's how the best games (usually) stay at the top.

    FYI - Party quest and themed dungeons being comparable to at least 4x for pqing does not defeat the purpose of buying 2x exp coupons because with a kanna and all the exp buffs you can reach 13x exp and level at a ridiculously higher rate only achievable with the 2x coupons. My main point is that this concept can only make nexon money not lose it. If you have a system that can keep players then you have a system that can also keep revenue for a paytowin game or pay2play(reboot pets make a dramatic difference).

    I'd rather have HoH like it was in the past if it keeps party play going even with the downside of others players abusing it. If anything if nexon's vision was centered on party play then HoH (how it was) would not have totally been removed and never fixed in the first place. It would have been patched to the point where it could not be abused in a timely manner. HoH party grinding was just one aspect of the game, but my main party is for party play for Bossing, pqing, and grinding. Anything that can be abused can also be fixed if the vision is set in place. Party play should be beneficial at every level not just one particular level bracket. Any kinks in my ideas can easily be fixed or changed, but it's the vision that ultimately really counts. locking party quest exp at a rate equal to most classes with decent gear(Average funding) and decent mobbing seems fine to me. Mindlessly grinding on mobs should not ever have a bigger payout than having to form a party, work together, and finish a PQ. Just dishing out items that may or may not become obsolete is not enough in my eyes for party quest. _______________________ A multiplayer game ought to feel like one and play like one. P.S. There is a lot you can do with bossing it doesn't have to be the traditional healer, tank, dps, but it can be where you need more than 1 player doing a certain thing during the boss fight in order to kill the boss. One fun mechanic that can be implemented is a boss that won't let you switch gear during the fight and you have 2 phases. 1 phase you need to take down the bosses health as fast as you can with good funding, and the 2nd phase you need another player with the lowest amount of dps (the boss has an inverse damage mechanic) in order to defeat the boss in the 2nd phase making it literally impossible to do by yourself. The whole aspect of funding(or farming 24 hours a day) and soloing is so boring and not satisfactory at all. These are just random ideas, but just like i said countless times, the vision of party play has to be there and everything else can be tweaked or changed(it doesn't have to be how I say it).
