Phantom's Emblem

Added potential to my Phantom's emblem and got 2 lines, so I threw it away like I've done with my explorers. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to get a new one. Is there any way to re-obtain my emblem?

    I said why in my first post; I added potential and only obtained 2 lines, and rather than use stamps to get to 3, I threw it out figuring that I'd get a new one and try again like I've done on my Explorers. In those cases, I've always been able to just re-purchase the lost emblem.

    Have you tried talking to Cassandra in the event hall? I believe she is able to re-issue emblems for a fee.
