MFF Kemdi Glitch?

I entered a safe password that yielded 3 "O" circles but I wasn't placed on the rankings board? Three circles mean you have three numbers in the right position unless I am missing something?

    No, you're correct, three circles means all three numbers in the right spaces.

    Do you happen to have a screenshot of this?

    Oh I figured out. The glitch is basically the box at the top of the screen doesn't match the box on the left side. For example the box and the top said "number of circles.....: 3" but on the left box it showed that I really had just three triangles. So all in all you have to only trust the left box.
