Nexon launcher not wokrking?

Hi guys! Im new to the forums and i really want to play the game. sadly i got an issue :v
Nexon launcher doesnt work. whenever i doubleclick on it, it loads and then it stops loading and nothing happens... can someone help me? (also i dont want to use steam)

    Same boat, it appears they don't do anything to help poor folks like us out there, and there's alot of us.
