I could not launch the game

I could not play the game. could anyone help me?

"You cannot access the game for one of the following reasons:
1)the game world is down for maintance
2)you are accessing the game from a banned IP
3)Your internet connection is not stable"

    Got exactly the same problem, can't even get ingame and it crashes.
