Bug type: White Screen and game crashed

Brief bug summary: The game shows white Screen and crashed when u enter first portal of Black heaven act 2 after passing people in town.

More details: When I enter portal, always shows white screen and game crashed. Can't even close the maple story. I tired 3 times and getting same bug at same place during the quest.

    Same thing happened to me. It seems to be a problem that occurs when the Black Heaven tries to load YT videos, seeing as your issue happened at this moment (video), if I understood you correctly. The same thing is happening to me, white screen, can't do anything. I don't think the game crashed, but it's waiting for the end of the video. Which doesn't happen since the video never gets to play, my error occurs after you try to shoot the flare in Act 4, here (video).

    Steps to reproduce:

    Arrive at the point in Act 4 of Black Heaven that triggers a youtube video.

    Character level: 220

    Character job: Buccaneer

    Came across this myself. When the white screen appears press your ESC button, this will give you the option to skip the animated cutscene which would normally be there allowing you to progress through the content.
