Weapon has Wrong Star Force Enhancement upgrades

I've noticed that just one of my weapons with 15 stars enhanced has the wrong star force enhancement information/options for upgrading stats on the star force enhancement UI window (missing all stats enhancements/missing Magic ATT enhancements). It seems like an individual item bug or at least a rare affecting one seeing as only one of my equipment items that I've noticed has this bug affecting it. For example, another weapon I have of the same type (wand) with the same amount of 15 stars on it, has the right stat upgrade options showing in the star force enhancing UI window.
I'm attaching two images of both the bugged equipment item and a normal correct showing equipment item of the same type and star amount for comparison.

I hope that someone can fix the broken/bugged item I own so it can have the same functionality as any other item of its kind.

I have no idea how to reproduce this bug.
