Better ping East America server even on West.

I am getting 100 less ping on East server. I am in california.

Anyone else seeing this?

On west server I get about 200 ping fluctuating low 200 is highest about 80 low but hardly any low lots of 160.
On east server I get 130 ping , 130 highest about 30 low lots of 50s.
