I cannot reset my PIC

I didn't play in a while and forgot my PIC. I clicked "Reset PIC" In the menu and it took me to the account settings page. When I click "Reset PIC for NA" there, it says "You don't have any characters or PIC in that region". I tried all regions it doesn't work.

Please help

    I need help resetting my PIC, I've forgotten my past PIC and I haven't played in a year or 2, are you able to help me? I've tried going to Nexon, then to account but, once I get to the page it has a N/A by Maplestory and is unable to find my account.
