So i got a ban, they say its because i used hacks or third-party program. Well, i didnt use any of these.

I opened a ticket, in the ticket they ask for some information that i cannot remember, like my character name, when i created the account, what last map my character been, etc.... cannot remember all of these.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

They want to verify that im the owner of the account, they know the email of the account and i send them emails with the email address of the account, wich means im the owner of the account!!!

Still they dont want to release the ban.

    Well, not knowing a single thing about what's on the account or what was going on last before it was banned, but having access to the account's email, seems sketchy from an outside perspective.

    That aside, account bans are not something that's discussed here. Too many problems crop up between a banned person getting their friends to come in and brigade for their innocence or people tearing into someone who professed their innocence but wound up being guilty of whatever they were banned for. I don't know how to help you, no one really can. All you'll get here is along the lines of "please contact support" with your thread being locked.

    How can i know my character name? I looked in "character rank" and didnt find him. Is there any other way?

    I was on a vacation, and saw i was banned when i got back. I understood that a lot of players get ban without really do anything wrong.

    Also have some expensive things in the shop that will be deleted):

    How can you not know your character's name? I could list you name and class of at least a dozen of my 40-ish characters easily.

    Also, I just realized this a couple hours after the fact. You're not going to find any of your characters on the rankings. Account bans generally see to that.

    The character wasnt importent for me, i just made something up.

    Unfortunately none of us here are part of the customer support team so we cannot help you with this, you do need to continue speaking to support.
    As for your character names, can you check the game folder to see if there are any screenshot with your characters names in?
    It is possible the game is set to take a screenshot when you level up so you may get a bit more information to refresh your memory.
