Is my weapon consider good and how can I improve it... not enough space in the title,

I'm considering rebirth flaming the weapon but I don't know if I should or not, what do you think?

    Post this in general for better results, but I'm not as familiar with scrolling weapons since I play on reboot, the potential looks ok though. Flame could be better.
