Brief bug summary : Hayato's 5th job skill 'Iaijutsu Phantom Blade' is normally a skill that can be used both when on the ground and while airborne. However, after the most recent maintenance (October 4th, 2018) ; patch (v.199), it is now only castable while the player is on the ground.
More details : Additionally, the skill's 'red' player layer when using Iaijutsu becomes visible and persists after using the level 170 hyper skill 'Falcon's Honor'. It appears on the uppermost sprite layer.
Steps to reproduce :
1. Jump, or achieve an airborne status.
2. Attempt to cast Iaijutsu Phantom Blade.

Is the stacks supposed to be gone after you die even with buff freezers?
Due to the fact that the Quick Draw Stance buff also disappears once you die (Even if you use a buff freezer), Nexon probably intended it to be like that.
Basically, trying to use Battoujutsu Dash on the ground won't work. It displays a "You are not high enough in the air to use this skill" message, followed by no skill being cast.
It does work if you're way up in the air, but that isn't the point.
This started occurring immediately once the game went up, after the latest update dropped.
This better not be intentional, since this is one of Hayato's main methods of mobility within Quick Draw stance.
