    I have a question. I can't finish a quest in Act 5 of Black Heaven when Neinheart asks me to get 30 more security chips. For some reasons, the radar on the left doesn't work, and Neinheart does not give me a quest. There's no more Alliance quest banner on the left side anymore, so I can't really continue with Black Heaven. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
