On June 5, 2018 I've activated a burn coupons from the link http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/ark/vcare2 . However when I logout and login a couple of hour later my burn coupon seemed to disappear. And Yes Ive read ( http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/31543/complete-scheduled-maintenance-june-7-2018 ) the article about the maintenance and how it was suppose to fix the glitch however until this day I haven't gotten my burn coupons back. I've check my inventory (use, equip, cash, etc) the gift icon, and i've also tried retweeting about it but nothing seems to work.
