Phantoms lvl 65 Dont Turn Around quest

The quest says you need 50 tauromacis blood, but I cant pick up the blood or the tails, is this a bug or is there something im missing?

    Please follow the bug reporting guidelines when writing a bug report.

    What do you mean by "can't pick up"? This could be anything from lag to your inventory being full, so some clarification would be nice.

    ah ok I figured it out, im just dumb cuz my inventory was full. Sorry for wasting ur time.
