Cannot open Legendary Bebe Box after maintenance

Bug type: time-sensitive use item (Legendary Bebe Box), functionality

Description: after the new patch and maintenance, I cannot open the Legendary Bebe Box. When I clicked on the Legendary Bebe Box, I see the error message, "An Unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later." I was able to transfer the box to my other characters via Storage. However, I still see the same error message when I clicked on the box.

Character name: QEvilEye

Character level: 225

Character job: Dark Knight

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: Oct 5, 2022 at 10:30pm PST

    My nexon ID is ultramarineLava #8481. My character name is eafadfaf. I encountered this error after the midnight carnival update today. It was working well yesterday.

    The box is going to expire soon :( Will I get any compensation if it expires due to the update?

    I tried re-login to Maplestory many times, but the same error still persists.

    were Bebe Boxes given after the maintenance? If so my wife and I haven't gotten our boxes.

    No, they were not.
    Nexon is aware that some people's boxes expired while they could not be used.

    It has been solved. If you do not see a replacement Legendary Bebe Box in your Gift Drop, please check on your Support Ticket, and reopen it if needed.
