I cant star force enhance anything

I havent been able to enhance anything for many hours now. I have disabled start catching, tried to enhance items from my inventory & equipment but neither work. All it says is that I cant do it right now..

    Star Forcing has been temporarily disabled.
    There's also a blue notice about it being spammed in your in-game chat box.

    When i attempt to star force enchant my abso lab shoulder, i get an error message saying "You cant do that right now". I have tried restarting my game multiple times and switching to more stable channels.
