Recently, I’ve been making accounts for mule characters and would level them up. I’ve also invited some few friends to try out the game since (Nexon fails to recognize world transfer). However, the accounts that I make are constantly getting the message "Your account has been blocked. To appeal this action, please submit a ticket athttps://billingpp.zendesk.com"; This has happened to me several times now, I did look at the support page for some of the reasons. I have not requested a charge-back or anything. In addition, my friends who have registered are also getting the message and are forced to submit a ticket, but the PROBLEM is they can’t even log in to the Blocked account and are forced to make a new one again in order to submit a live chat. Seriously, who’s got the time to deal with all this NONSENSE! New players, and such as my self shouldn’t face these pathetic issues. Furthermore, when you talk to people in live chat, THEY ARE SO USELESS and UNWILLING TO GIVE ANY EXPLANATION !
