It's not so much inexperienced, more that the majority of the support staff who answer tickets are farmed out to a third party and they have a list of prepared responses for a number of things that they're required to adhere to. You could probably argue poor training, given that their "looking into the matter further" basically dead-ends at checking whatever the system flagged the account for and determining that to be correct.

The fact that they nuked nodestone drop rate as well as boss entries in a previous patch(insultingly named "tune up") leads me to believe that whomever is in charge of development decisions over in Korea is not interested in making things faster for players.

You can, yes. You can do cra hat/top/bottom and abso weapon/shoulder/glove/shoe/cape, or you can swap the hat and weapon for the other set's.

If you're in the official discord(or even the reddit one for that matter), it shouldn't be too difficult to round up a group to do it with. Just make sure you let them know what server you're on and you should be good to go.

As for the other bit, I'm assuming you're referring to the temple of time quests? Since you need to kill pink bean as pink bean to clear one of the challenges. If that's the case, you're right, those maps are pretty horrible spawn-wise. If you really want the holy pink beanity title, you'll have to grin and bear it, really. Best you can do is ask, again in discord, if anyone would be willing to come kishin, or even drop frenzy, in the maps to help you get through them faster.

If you don't use discord, it takes almost no time at all to make an account, download and install the program, and join the server. You should have no issue at all getting a group together for ludi pq, since you're far from the only person currently working on their pink bean character.

In other words, Morning, unless you can somehow suddenly come into acquiring the badge that drops from the actual black mage boss fight, you've got the best badge you're gonna be getting for, well, no one knows how long. I'd love to tell you that you can head to Singapore, work your way through the ghost ship quests for that badge, but they dumpstered that entire area because ~*~REASONS~*~, and sengoku high may or may not have the hakase badge upon its return.

If sengoku high does come back, and brings the sengoku hakase badge back with it, you make damn sure you bust your ass to get a thousand oda coins and buy that badge.
