Unable to double click on nurse NPC from Henesys

Bug type: Broken NPC

Description: Like all maplers who logged in during the time the event specifies I got the box from the V events, therefore getting both the royal hair coupon and the royal face coupon and, even though the hair coupon worked fine I seem unable to use the face one. When I tried to use the shortcut from the towns (specifically chu chu island and RoV) nothing happened, so I went to henesys ans tried double clicking on the NPC, also nothing. The little animation that usually apears when your able to talk to a NPC didn't appear.

Steps to reproduce: Don't know any person with the same problem, the coupon seemed to work fine for my guildmates, but the steps would be:
1 - Go to town
2 - Click on the nurse shortcut in order to proceed with face change
3 - Nothing happens

Character level: 213
Character job: Kaiser
World name: Luna
Date and time of the incident: 18:40 PST

I will add a screenshot as soon as my maple stops crashing

EDIT: For some reason, after something around 8 crashes, it works now
