Unable to access fishing area when tutorial undone

Bug summary:

I left the fishing area map before I completed fishing pre-quest ([Tutorial] Introduction to Angler's Rest) . I now unable to go back to the fishing map. The fishing dialog/window does not have icon of Angler's rest for me to click to go back to the fish map. I can't hyper tele myself to fishing map. I can't forfeit the pre-quests to start over again. There is no quests under LightBulb. Please help..

    Yeah i´ve been asking a lot about it i did the same think but no one knows how to go back ;-;
