Dark Lords quests not repeatable?

So I finished the Dark Lord quests (the ones that give you one day duration equips, then the one who ask you to complete the four)
I see than the last one (Complete all the quests) is repeatable, however the other quests have only appeared to me once since the patch
Anyone experiencing this?

    You need to pick up the ETC items for the quests to show up.
