Extensive Consideration for SW Accessory Scroll

I'd just like to preface this by saying that I love all the recent content updates, and that I think maple is actually heading in a very good direction. Because of that, I'm hoping this thread may gain some traction if I consolidate the scenario for everyone in a simple format.

Okay, on to what has been on my mind. As it stands in the current meta, the Sweetwater scrolls available in the Commerci Union shop are effectively useless because of a few constraints:
- The stat bonus: +5 all stat. 70% Success Rate. Sure, not bad in and of itself. This is the part I propose changing, but I will get back to that. The need for a small change more importlantly comes from:
-The Boom Rate: If the scroll fails, there is a 30% chance to blow up your equip. So, if there is a 30% chance of the scroll failing, that means approximately 9% of scrolls would destroy your equipment if it weren't otherwise protected.
-The issue: for reference, consider these three alternative and available scrolling methods ascending from cheapest to most expensive:
- 30% scrolls available with spell traces: +5 flat stat of choice
- Assorted (incredible) Chaos Scrolls (of Goodness): Random bonus stats relative to scrolls
- Prime Accessory Scrolls: +10 all stat
Obviously, chaos scrolls are always going to be a gamble so that route is more or less negligible for this consideration. The important matter here is that Prime scrolls also possess the boom rate necessitating protection scrolls, and because that they give TWICE as much flat all stat, they massively outclass the SW scrolls. The massive cost of the protection scrolls required to thwart boom rates forces the player to disregard the SW scroll when on the lower budget end, 30% trace scrolls give effectively the same stat boost and have no risk of booming. The spell traces will inevitably net the player 5 less bonus to their secondary stat but this really makes very little difference in the long run.

-The upsides: One thing these SW scrolls have going for them is that they are a middle ground for scrolling between spell traces and prime scrolls. Because they are in the Commerci Union shop, and are limitted to 1 per day like gollux scrolls, they promote playing content to receive the benefits and are much less purchaseable. This opens a way for average players to utilize their gains from the party mission to make themselves stronger. Another added benefit here that one might not consider, is that in using the scrolls, one would not have to worry about protecting the scroll itself because the high success rate and availability of said scroll. That is to say, if one failed, you would not be out the safety scroll protecting that scroll in case it were to fail. Furthermore, when it did pass, you would not lose a scroll you paid upwards of 1.5b mesos for.

-My Proposal: Change the bonus stat of SW Accessory scrolls to +7-8 All Stat. No changes to the boom rate or success rate, but have some sort of random variability for the bonus all stat. I believe +7-8 would be a perfect medium to revive the scrolls and make them a viable part of a section of content that I find very underappreciated.

Let me know what you guys think! And if you took the time to actually read through all of that I thank you! :)

I agree on the idea, they could either add more all stat or just in my opinion remove the boom chance, would make it much more viable, i also tought they could give a set, with the shoulder, pendant, earring and acessorys, would make it more viable in my opinion than just stats, also they could make tradeable with platinum karma, why not? it's not like you can tranpose or anything, and would surely help people out.
