can't solo hard muto pq

do any of you guys can't solo it too ? because of you guys can't even loot the thing or it just took so long too loot a single thing. I find this problem for about a month and since nexon didn't help me at all with the customer service thing even though it's been 5 emails, Do you think it's just how the server just so laggy or there is a problem ? I'm a DA so I use demon frenzy all the time

    Try going to another channel. My party had this issue with very slow pick-up, we changed channel, and it was much faster.
    Other than that, it's just the game, the distance, the server lag, etc. Not much can be done.

    ah thanks I can solo it now but I have to turned off demonic frenzy, if I turned it on i'll just Dced or lagging so hard ,changing channel does not affect something like this right ?
