"SALON" button is unavailable

Brief bug summary: Cannot click "SALON" button

More details: Today I used my character to obtain Special Beauty Coupon from monsters and I saved some hairstyles successfully. Shortly afterwards, I found that I cannot open "SALON" button in my Equipment Inventory window. When I click this button, nothing happened. I relogged again, changing my characters or restart my computer, nonetheless, nothing changed. I discussed with my friends but they said they could open it. All methods I can do could not solve this problem. I thought it is a bug.

I've never encountered this particular issue (and your screenshot won't show for me) but try doing a full shutdown and restart of your computer, as explained here:

Hello, AKradian, I fixed this problem for a strange mean.

To my surprised, when I changed the resolution from 1366*768 to 1024*768, I can open the "SALON" again! But if I changed the resolution back to 1366, it will be unavailable again. What a strange problem!
