Bug type: Glitch?

Brief bug summary: After yesterday's maintenance, my kanna, which was at level 60, was missing it's 3rd job starting skill points. I reached level 60 right before the maintenance started and was able to allocate the points. Afterwards, my kanna was missing those 4 starting points for third job. The allocated skill points weren't there since every 3rd job skill was set at 0.

    If it's any consolation, I never put any skill points into Soul Shear on my Kannas, since that skill is more annoying than useful. So that's 15 excess skill points in third job.

    (Interesting bug, though, and of course should be fixed).
