Equipping Mount Coupons/ no skill or mount added?

Hey guys so I'm having a similar problem to the one mentioned in this post " http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/comment/35956/#Comment_35956 ". The problem being that I am equipping a " Perm Moon Bunny Gazing Mount " and the skill or mount is not present afterwards?

It seems to me like certain mounts aren't being registered ? ( I tried other ones and they are ok). I have tried twice with this coupon and both attempts resulted in failure. The Coupon disappeared and the skill/mount was not present or registered . I was lucky enough to get two from gachapon. ( I really wanted this mount). Although I have the screen shots to prove it I decided to try it again but this time with a Video screen capture program. The second attempt with video was to basically shutdown any comments from a GM suggesting that this is not possible or they cant verify it ( Like Claimed in Post http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/comment/35956/#Comment_35956 from GM Lana: "I have already asked our Game Team to re-investigate this issue however, the results were the same, they are unable to verify the issue".

With that being said have any of you had a problem after the maintenance with equipping mounts and them not being registered?
Its sad when maplers have to become the guinea pigs to these problems and then on top of it get told that they cant verify it or help you basically telling you they don't believe you and or your out of luck sorry.
