Best Friend Story Event- Glitches

After completing the prison escape quest, it sometimes glitches and doesn't let me and my partner progress to the next quest even though we've completed it, it just stuck on "in progress state". Also there was this one time me and partner teleported to the same place in the jump quest in the beginning, and it completes the quest, but it's not suppose to do that, it'll also be stuck on "In progress" after that glitch.
