Bishop Heaven's Door Bug

Brief bug summary: When using the Bishop hyper skill Heaven's Door, it gives a buff that allows for you to withstand dieing once. There is a 10min cooldown to receive buff again. The problem now is that once the 10min cooldown is over and I recast Heaven's Door, the 10min cooldown reappears.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Receive Heaven's Door Buff along with cooldown buff
2. Wait till cooldown buff expires
3. Use Heaven's Door again
4. Bug occurs

Edit: After some more testing and researching, I conclude that this bug only occurs when you hit a mob with Heaven's Door.
