Don't buy items from Auction House

Hi, just tried to buy an item at the Auction House. Mesos disappeared but didn't receive the item. Usually I never have any problems buying stuff at AH.

    And it's not over by the Transactions tab? Can you submit more information please? As well as some screenshots if possible.
