The information that says the shop will open at 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM is incorrect, possibly due to the time change between PST and UTC. I am hoping to have that corrected. (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, I think)

    You're saying the shop is not open between 6PM-2AM server time (UTC)?
