Where are my Kradia characters?!

Haven't played the game since last year, I re-downloaded Maplestory in January 2017 and was offered to migrate my account, I did this and noticed my characters have disappeared! I've done some digging and heard rumours of migration maintenances, does anyone know when these are scheduled and how can I go about getting my characters/gold/items/nx cash back? My characters were all on the Kradia realm (I think that's what it was called), had characters that were years old and I'd love to be able to play them again.

    Unfortunately, the last chance migration maintenance has already passed. Your characters are gone.
