charm expressions

hey,
i made it to lvl 30 charm and when i finished the quest i got the expression wink from chief stan. which should be constant sigh.
below a picture of the quest and the perm expression in my inventory. so did it change or something? if not did it switch or something? cuz i dont wanna miss one due this.
