Can't log in..?

So I had to redownload my game after a pc refresh on my computer and it downloaded fine but now when I type in my information in the nexon launcher log in page it starts working like it knows it is my correct information, then it just brings back the log in page. Can anyone help at all or has anyone had similar problems?
