But you can try to contact live support and attempt to get a refund. Was surprised that they issued a refund for a pet I purchased because of a description error about it having a skill.

They will insist your game crashed because of something on your end (your computer or your network).
I feel you pain because this would always happen to me when I did the japanese one.
