Bowmasters/Blaze Wiz: Split Attack + Combat Orders
Does anyone know if Combat Orders raising the levels of skills like Hurricane or Orbital Flame would increase the damage of the hyper passives which reduce the skills to a certain damage amount but adds another hit? I'd like to know because I'm a blaze wizard myself and would like to use decent combat orders mainly to raise my passives for +3% final damage, an extra status resistance point, etc but am curious to how it would effect Orbital Flame's damage if the Split Hyper reduces damage from 305% to 215% and adds a hit.
Like would it work as if it were final damage and add just 1% damage (the damage increase per skill level) to the Split Damage of 215% or have no effect at all (like would Orbital Flame recieve that 1% damage but still be reduced to 215% with the splitter) ? I know 1% sounds pointless anyways but it'd help to know.
