Princess No's Reward System/Pre Quests

To start off, let me just say I like playing maplestory. I've been playing the game for about 10 some years and it's just flowing with content with a little more "pay to win" vibe than I like but not much I can do there. Going back on topic, it's nice to have this exclusive content and these secondary weapons, but it's no fun if people can't get/use these items. The princess No's quest line is quite interesting but not many people can finish it. On some quests it's not clear what to do and for some players, the quests glitch and there is no way to play sed exclusive content. The first thing I would like nexon to do is fix the glitched pre quests to get to princess no. I think that's understandable. The second thing is farming the Heizen keys. Either take them out entirely and let us assess the actual princess no boss or make them less of a grind to obtain. I've spent 2 weeks soloing the alter ego to get 3 keys so me and a friend can get the gold box. Each run takes me about 8m to solo with Ayame. 3rd thing I would like nexon to change is the reward system from killing Princess No. Killing her 3 times to get the gold jewel box and getting something not for your class or even worse 10 spell traces/something that's not a secondary is completely unacceptable in my opinion. Make it so we can choose the secondary we want or guarantee a secondary drop. Because as it stands, A; you have to be lucky enough for the quests not to glitch out on you B; you have to farm for 3 keys to even get a gold box C;once you get a gold box the item that you get more than likely won't be for your class nor will be a secondary. I just want this game to be better and I hope you examine this feedback. Thanks for reading
