    Maybe if it was obtainable by completing event quests like previous cross over events i would consider attempting to get one but with these RnG boxes i'd rather not even try to get one

    I saw few people showing off their medal(s) with item megaphones, but the quantity of Re:ZERO medals in the game is pretty low.
