KMS Skill Sound Effects in GMS

Tbh, the skill sound effects in KMS sound much better and more realistic than the dub ones in GMS. I think having this implemented will make the game more enjoyable. There could be a toggle in the sound options whether to have either "English" or "Korean" sound effect.

    You mean the skill voice overs? because we already got the GMS SFX changed to the KMS one :)
