[Kaiser] New 5th Job Skill

Kaiser's new 5th job skill, Guardian Of Nova's cooldown is not resetable when using Kaiser's other skill, Kaiser's Majesty which in the skill description mentions:

-Grants you the courage and will of the former Kaiser, resetting your cooldowns, increasing Attack Speed and ATT, and negating enemy Attack Ignore and Attack Reflect effects.

Even after Guardian Of Nova's duration is over, using Kaiser's Majesty still does not reset it's cooldown.

Note: I'd like to mention that in the future Kaiser skills, please make sure that they are compatible with Kaiser's Majesty.

    This is not a bug as 5th job skills are not affected by skill modifiers, such as:
    • Skill level increases (Combat Orders)
    • Buff Duration
    • Cooldown Reduction
    • Skill Rune
