Event Coin Shops?

So, I have a lot of random event coins that I never actually traded for anything during the event. Is there a way to trade them for SOMETHING after the fact? I swear I saw something like that before...

I hate that they are taking up so much space in my inventory!!!

    13 coins for 1 coin. that's the rate i had for some of the coins i had in inventory....
