tot's know how can't be finished

I have been trying to finish tot's know and some of the quests are bugged and can not be finished I have items that are for tot and I can't get rid for them even after doing the quest for them. the pictures are all the quests that can't be finished. Screenshot_111.png

    This has been bugged like this for years, it's very low on nexon's priority list so will probably never be fixed or at least anytime soon.
