Weird bug when double jump

Brief bug summary : This character is a burning character with Frozen set equipped, but whenever I double jump the frozen suit turns into something else???
Steps to reproduce: Double jump with Elemental Shift
Character name: FrozenSong
Character level: 156
Job/Class : Wind Archer
World Name : Reboot
Date and time of the incident: 6/17/2017 10PM PDT (It been happening for awhile after last weekly maint ?)
